Technology has always been our investment.
Skywalker was founded in Istanbul in 2002 with a focus on technology and digital business.
In 2005, we started our R&D activities at Kocaeli University Technopark, laying the foundation for a technology development journey that continues today.
Over more than twenty years, our focus has evolved alongside technology — from web, mobile and connected platforms to personalization, artificial intelligence and enterprise generative AI.

Tolga Artan is a technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in digital technologies, innovation and business transformation.
As the founder of LuckyEye and Skywalker, he has invested in emerging technologies throughout his career and led their development. In recent years, he has focused on the potential of artificial intelligence to transform business and society.
