Your personal data is collected by our Company through our website and the contact form available on our website, and is processed on the legal basis of the conclusion and performance of a contract.

The name, last name, email address, home address, phone number, employer information, and position of individuals who contact our company to purchase products or services, as well as the identity, contact, and customer transaction data related to their request, are processed in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for the purposes of conducting communication activities and fulfilling legal obligations.

If you consent to the “Electronic Commercial Communication Consent Form,” your personal data in the identity and contact categories will also be processed for the purpose of using marketing tools.

CTransfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our Business Partners, as necessary within the framework of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes of ensuring the Company’s commercial viability, carrying out business activities, and fulfilling the contract; or, upon request or in the event of a legal dispute, to our company’s attorneys, consultants, and authorized public institutions and organizations.

DRights of the Data Subject (Data Owner)

Data subjects (“Data Owners”) may exercise the rights and submit requests listed below by completing the Application Form available on our website at https://www.Skywalker.com.tr in accordance with the procedure specified in the form.

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, everyone has the right to submit a request to our Company, acting as the data controller, regarding the following matters:

(1) Anyone may submit a request to the data controller regarding themselves to:

1. a)Determine whether their personal data has been processed,
2. b)Request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed,
3. c)Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
4. ç)To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, whether within or outside the country,
5. d)To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. e)To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
7. f)To request that the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
8. g)To object to a decision made solely through the automated processing of personal data that adversely affects the individual,
9. ğ)To request compensation for damages suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data; the individual has these rights.
